Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Linda Hoffman Interiors. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


Digital Products

All digital products (including guides, templates, downloads, and any content  containing intellectual property) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of digital files and the proprietary information provided, all sales of digital products are final.


Physical Products – 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible physical products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at brett@lindahoffmaninteriors.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt—for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
